I only put half-dose of the medicine and I did daily 20-30% water changes before adding in any more half-doses of the Ich medication. The Catfish and the Tetras seemed to be OK. If so you may want to remove it while you're treating the disease, as catfish and other scaleless fish often suffer from medicines.
